District 3870 was born in the 1984-85 year when District 385 was
divided for the second time.
District 386 was created in 1974 and District 387 was created in
1984, both out of the original 385.
For earlier history of this region therefore, refer to
District 3850.
Now, District 387 consists of 34
clubs from Northern and Central Mindanao and also includes 11 active
Rotaract Clubs.
